EPDM is a type of rubber that can operate within a broad temperature range, from -45°C to +120°C.
This makes it an excellent choice for outdoor applications, as it is highly resistant to UV rays and ozone exposure.
In addition to being able to withstand harsh environmental conditions, EPDM is also highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals and solvents, including many that are corrosive in nature.
Due to its excellent sealing properties, EPDM is often used as a roof covering and as a sealing strip for doors and windows.
