Textolite with paper HP2061

Textolite HP2061 is a highly durable phenolic resin-impregnated composite material used in industrial applications due to its high strength, stiffness, impact resistance, wear, moisture, and chemical resistance, as well as its good electrical insulation properties and ability to withstand high voltages.

It is commonly used in the production of electrical and mechanical components, such as insulating washers, gears, bearings, and circuit board substrates, as well as in building panels, cladding, and other structural elements in buildings and transportation vehicles.

The addition of cellulose paper as a reinforcement material provides extra strength and stability to the composite, which is necessary to withstand mechanical stresses and vibrations during manufacturing and use.

The operating temperature range for Textolite HP2061 is -40°C to +120°C.
